Instructions
Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
In separate bowl combine yeast, sugar, and water. Allow yeast to bloom until foamy.
Combine yeast mixture with flour mixture and olive oil until the dough comes together in a shaggy ball.
Knead three to five minutes, adding more flour if necessary. The dough should be slightly tacky, and not sticky.
Set aside and let dough rise for 30 minutes.
Stretch and form dough onto a pan or pizza stone.
Spread with toppings of your choice.
Bake at 425 until golden brown.
