Instructions
Kafta
Finely chop onion and parsley. Add to mixing bowl.
Add meats and spices to chopped parsley/onion mix.
Knead all ingredients together until well-incorporated.
Shape into patties, or form around a grilling skewer.
Grill or sear until charred on the outside and cooked through.
Seven Spice Blend
Stir spices together and store in airtight container.
Notes
Serve on pita bread with a creamy greek yogurt or hummus.
