Scallop Shack Farms is a husband-and-wife team: Brady and Amanda. Brady is a full-time commercial scallop captain which was the source of our inspiration for our business. We started out by selling scallops out of the back of our pick-up truck in 2020. Today, we are a direct source seafood company. Meaning that we source all the seafood we sell directly from the fisherman. We specialize in scallops, but we also source other seafood that rotate based on seasonal availability.
You’ll find us at our brick and mortar in the Cape May County Airport Complex (recently open last July 2023), at various pop-up sales throughout our area and farmers markets! We are so excited to be joining the other incredible vendors at the Burlington Market and look forward to meeting all the amazing customers!
