Tamara's Pizza Dough
A sure-fire quick dough recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ½ c flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast 2 ½ tsp
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
- In separate bowl combine yeast, sugar, and water. Allow yeast to bloom until foamy.
- Combine yeast mixture with flour mixture and olive oil until the dough comes together in a shaggy ball.
- Knead three to five minutes, adding more flour if necessary. The dough should be slightly tacky, and not sticky.
- Set aside and let dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Stretch and form dough onto a pan or pizza stone.
- Spread with toppings of your choice.
- Bake at 425 until golden brown.
