Ingredients
Dressing
- 3/4 cups fat free Greek Yogurt If possible, use Fage as it has less additives
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider
Slaw
- 6-7 cups Shredded Cabbage approx. 1 small cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups Carrots, cut into matchsticks.
- 3 cups Gala Apples, cut into matchsticks. approx. 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions
- 3/4 cups Sliced or Slivered Almonds toasted for extra credit!
- 3/4 cups Dried Cranberries
Instructions
Dressing
- Mix all your ingredients in a large measuring cup and whisk thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Slaw
- Combine all slaw ingredients (except the nuts) in a large bowls and mix thoroughly to distribute well.
- Pour your dressing over the slaw and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Add your toasted nuts jsut before serving and toss well.
