Davia Delgado
Culinary
My love for baking began with my Omas recipe book.
After moving to America, I missed German breads and desserts, which inspired me to start my micro bakery. As I shared my treats, people often asked, “Can you teach classes?”
This was the start of merging my micro bakery with a blog to share recipes and bring German baking to your home.
At the farmers market, customers shared their love for my desserts not only for their flavor but also for the memories of their Oma/Mama and time in Germany. After being asked about teaching classes, I found the idea of using my platform to help YOU learn German baked goods exciting and fulfilling.
Let’s celebrate our connections and create new memories together with delicious desserts. Thank you for allowing me to share my passion through baking!

Jamie Zwier

Jamie Zwier, Founder & Lead Instructor at Oh How Healthy, LLC, is dedicated to empowering children with the skills to cook healthy foods independently. Through engaging programs like healthy kids cooking clubs, camps, scout classes, birthday parties, and more, Jamie ensures every class is not just educational but also enjoyable. Drawing from her background in education, Jamie recognized a significant gap between what students, parents, and schools wanted regarding nutrition. This inspired her to become certified in nutrition and launch Oh How Healthy. Now, she brings her expertise to various communities in NJ & PA, instilling confidence in young chefs and equipping them with the tools to make nutritious choices for a lifetime of wellness.
