Tea Tasting: Iced Tea Season, Here We Come!

June is National Iced Tea Month, and we’ll have all the fixings to make a perfect iced tea – both traditional and fusion-style. In this class we will brew and taste 4-5 varieties of tea, talk about how to get the perfect brew, and about making your own signature blend as well. Like your tea sweet? We’ll discuss options for that too. We’ll compare the taste of teas both heat brewed and cold brewed along with the proper methods for both.
