Tea Tasting: Going for the Green!

Leave your preconceptions about green tea at the door! All green tea is not the same. And it should not be bitter, either!

Let’s take a tour of the world, exploring the expanse of green teas from China, Japan, Korea and more. Each of these countries produce tea in their own unique style, creating quite different teas. We will learn how many green teas are named, we’ll teach the “how tos” of brewing for the best flavors, and we will taste at least seven teas in this class.
