It’s the stunner, the star of the appetizer buffet. Guests gravitate to it, and it never lasts. It’s the cheese ball!

Sure, you can buy a premade ball of smooth and salty cheese, studded with nuts, sometimes swirled with telltale pink port wine, but what if you made your own? In this class, we’ll be using ingredients – traditional and outlandish – to create your very own cheese ball to take home. Belly up to the flavor bar to create your custom game day star.
