Release the Crackers!

A staple in most people’s pantries, crackers come in all shapes, sizes and flavors. They can be grain-free, low carb, seeded or plain. We say, release yourself from the tyranny of the box and make your own to suit your palate. We’ll get hands on making 2 different types of crackers while, we talk about variations, flavoring, textures, add ins and substitutions. Once you learn the basic technique, you are only limited by your imagination. We will enjoy our crackers at the end of class with cheese and accompaniments!
