Pesto is so much more than basil and pine nuts!
We will discuss the variety of pestos and how to pair them while we make a variety of pestos using herbs like lemon balm, using peppers and even a dairy free version. We’ll enjoy some in class and send you home with more, so be sure to bring a container.
