Playing with Phyllo: Baklava Cigars

Do you love the rich, flakey layers of baklava, but making it seems so…daunting? Let’s roll it instead! In this class we’re making Saragli, or baklava cigars. Using a “burrito roll” technique, you’ll work with phyllo and all the baklava ingredients to make and bake these easy, decadent cigars to enjoy at home.
