Parisian-style Gnocchi

Cost: $50When we hear gnocchi, we think of the traditional Italian potato-based pasta. However, there is a French version of gnocchi that used a flour and egg base, rather like a pate a choux. In this class, you will be pairing up and making dough as well as blanching and shocking some pasta for future use. Chef Mike will demonstrate a simple, seasonal sauce to accompany your Parisian Gnocchi so we can enjoy a meal together at the end of class.
