Kids in the Kitchen: Fresh Dressings and Crispy Croutons

Our Kids in the Kitchen series brings families together in the kitchen.

Forget the bottle! Fresh salad dressings not only taste better, but they’re also better for you. While you get hands on preparing a variety of fresh vinaigrettes and dressings, we’ll discuss trends in salad dressings, why herbs pack a big flavor punch, and how to get the right texture without fillers. You’ll make your own fresh croutons and bottle your dressings to take home. We will enjoy some of what we have made in class together as well.

Each registration includes one adult and one child 8 years old or older.
