A staple in many households, soda breads were used to mop up hearty stews and wash down pots of tea. It’s also a symbol of celebration, enjoyed as a traditional holiday treat with dried fruits added.
In this class we will introduce you to the recipe that won first place in this year’s Farm Fair Bread Division! You will make our very own loaf to enjoy at home while we share a slice or two together with tea. Ages 10 and up. Allergens: gluten, wheat, dairy
