This class gives you the techniques and flavor profiles needed to make your own spectacular salad dressings, from the very simple to the more seriously complex. Working with Chef Mike you will prepare four to six dressings together with the proper tools and staple ingredients needed for success. Mike will teach proper emulsification techniques and how to save a “broken” emulsion. Of course, we will taste what we make together!
