What is the trick to perfect homemade cannoli? Join Chef Mike in the Farmhouse Kitchen and learn to make crisp shells and the traditional filling for classic Italian cannoli. In this hands-on session you will learn everything from shaping and cooking shells to whipping up the right ratios for a sweet, creamy filling. Then we will fill our cannoli, dipping and decorating for that final touch. Along the way we’ll discuss the tips for a proper fill and flavoring alternatives.
