Our Easy Breezy Weekday Dinners series shows off recipes that are simple to make but delicious enough for a party crowd.
Let’s add another delicious fish recipe to the meal lineup with our Crispy Cod served on a bed of tangy summer squash. You will learn how to get that crispy snap to your fish, how to bring a depth of flavor to the squash and how to make the quinoa and arugula base that everything is served upon. We’ll eat together in class but bring a container for any leftovers!
