Asian Dumplings

Get hands on in the Farmhouse Kitchen and learn how to make your own Asian-style dumpling from scratch. Working with Chef Mike, you will make your wrappers, filling and Ponzu dipping sauce from scratch. Once we have made assembled our dumplings, practice the wrapping techniques, we will cook some to enjoy in class. Containers will be available if you want to take some home to share.
