It’s the season for an abundance – even an overabundance – of peppers in the garden! Miss Amanda, from The Rod Homestead, will be teaching a class on October 29 that features a delicious way to capture your hot pepper harvest. Cowboy candy, or candied jalapenos, are a great way to make a long-lasting sweet spicy treat to perk up hamburgers, salads, roasted vegetables and even cocktails.
